Online Quran Classes for Kids

Help your child learn Quran with a tutor who can listen to their reading, explain the next exercise and give them time to try again. One-to-one lessons start from the skills your child can currently use, with a free trial to discuss a suitable starting point.

Choose a starting point for your child

Tell the coordinator what your child has studied and what they can read comfortably. A child beginning Arabic-script reading may need Noorani Qaida; another may be ready for Quran reading or guided Tajweed practice. Familiarity with a memorised page does not always show whether a child can read a new example independently.

What to look for during the trial

In the free 30-minute class, notice whether your child understands the instructions, gets time to answer and can attempt an example again after a correction. Share any need for a slower explanation or a little time to settle in. Ask the tutor which skill should come next and what your child could practise before another lesson.

Support a younger learner without answering for them

Stay available to help your child join Google Meet and use the lesson material. Give them time to respond to the tutor before stepping in. A working microphone, readable screen and a quiet place help the teacher hear their own attempt. Discuss how much parent support is suitable for your child rather than expecting every learner to manage the technology alone.

Fit lessons and practice around school

Share your country, local time zone, school commitments and preferred days with the coordinator. Choose a time when your child is alert. Tutor availability and the regular schedule are confirmed before enrolment. Between lessons, revisit the assigned exercise and note a question when you are unsure; you do not need to teach an unfamiliar pronunciation yourself.

Ask about progress in practical terms

Ask what your child can now do with less help, which correction still needs attention and what the next practice task is. Page numbers alone do not explain those changes. Bring concerns about pace, confidence or lesson participation to the academy so they can be discussed with context.

Questions before you book

Does my child need to know Arabic before starting?

No. A beginner can discuss starting with Arabic letters and Qaida. The tutor uses the trial to identify appropriate first exercises.

Can I request a female Quran tutor?

Yes. Tell the coordinator your preference before booking so female tutor availability can be checked.

Do I need to stay for the lesson?

Younger learners may need help with joining and participating. Discuss a suitable level of parent support with the tutor and stay available when needed.

How quickly will my child finish a course?

That depends on the starting level, attendance, practice and support needed. Ask for skill-based targets rather than a fixed completion promise.
